Recently bought an 808 #11 HD Key Chain Camera on Amazon.co.uk for the purpose of filming some in-car videos every now and again.
So this is merely a test to see how the little camera performs. Quite a boring video really unless you're interested in getting an 808 #11 as well. I'm aware of the static/crackling, it's a common problem and easy enough to sort out but I haven't done it for this video. Also, yes, you can remove the time-stamp as well but I kind of like the idea of it being there if the unspeakable should ever happen when I'm recording and I need proof.
Mounted the camera on to the dashboard just behind the top of the steering wheel. Yes, I'm English and my wheel is on the correct side.
Also experimented with placing the camera ontop of the passenger seat but reviewing that footage made me realise that the camera is angled up towards the sky and even when I can get it at the right angle it's too far back from the windscreen to see anything.
Hoping that I'll catch out some idiot drivers with it, there are a couple in this video. Yes, Mercedes twat near the end of the video, I'm looking at you.
@zizaopel Hey, I read about the rattling/static noise being caused by the coil pack in cars although I'm not 100% sure if it is the coil pack that causes it. But to be honest I updated the firmware on the camera a week after this and it not only removes the date/time stamp but it also seems to have removed the rattling/static noise as well so if you're confident enough to update the firmware it'll probably make it perfect.

Hi! I'll (probably) also buy this cam to make in-car video - idiots are all over the place. tell me, is it rattling because the camera was vibrating or is the mic loose? how to sort this out?
greetings from Slovenia (driving on the wrong side of the road :) )
