"I started my journey in August of 2008. I was tired of being overweight and out of shape. My new job had me living by myself in a new town and my family was 5 hours away. There was no better time to make a change to my horrible lifestyle. So at 280lbs I decided it was time to get in shape and lose some weight. Really, weight loss was at the top of mind and I could care less about better health. Little did I know that they go hand in hand. I started running and running and running some more. It was brutal and I was thouroughly abused, but I got up every morning and ran my guts out."
Then Chris found a much better way. See the whole story here:

@donkeyrockify I don't care about scripting, since this is just an off the cuff type of thing. But I agree about the split screen. I'd prefer have the camera switch back and forth between speakers. It's not like a debate where watching both speakers react is relevant. But this is just a nit-pick really. Great video and very inspirational !

Love the concept, but the video needs a lot more polish. Split screen isn't working because I'll watch Richard bounce around while Chris is talking, and I'll lose the thread of the conversation. Also, a little stronger scripting, more precise speaking, will tighten up the interview a lot. Less pauses, "um"s and "ah"s from Richard will help a lot.
I'd really like to see more testimonials of people who have succeeded, but they've got to be watchable.
