They publish this data on their web site, go ahead and down load it. The people in the bottom 50% who pay any taxes are between the bottom 41% and bottom 50%. The 41% and below are net draw on the treasury of about 6.8% of income taxes collected.

First his pay from work which is ~$585K, $100K of which is salary and the rest is what Berkshire Hathaway charges him for his security. His tax rate on earnings is 38%. His other income comes from capital gains which is taxed at 15%. Capital gains taxes are lower to induce people with excess cash laying around to invest it. You lie because Warren NEVER mentioned any other worker but his secretary.
