No it is not. This is a Chilean folk tune and the full name is, "Yo Vendo Unos Ojos Negros". It is one of my favorites and my wife and I love this version by Ronnie Drew, who we spent a good number of hours with, along with the other Dubliners. Ronnie taught English in Spain, and learned how to play flamenco guitar. Most of his recordings were done with a flamenco blanca guitar, except in later years.

There are two types of "Spanish Acustic Guitars". One is used for classical music, which has a higher action, and different construction internally, and different woods are used. A flamenco blanca guitar has a very low action, and is made from woods that are light in color (top, back, neck and sides), and is very light in weight compared to a similar classsical guitar.
@rpgplayer101 thx a lot for posting =) can u tell me if this version is on any cd?
