@bobwatters How you rank on child mortality rate etc. says a lot about a country. You spend far more than any other major country per capita on health care, yet you score this bad? Can't you see that your country is wasting billions on bonuses and payouts for CEO's in insurance companies and health care providers hurt the american middle class? Can't you make the connection between people earning insane amounts exploiting the middle class and the fact that the middle class is shrinking rapidly?

@bobwatters We've had far higher tax rates on the wealthy in the past, and the economy was perfectly healthy. The top federal income tax rate from ~1940-1980 stayed above around 60% and was even as high as 91% in the 50's. It's a lie that money from the wealthy will trickle down as jobs, etc. Most of the money the wealthy have is invested and only subject to the 15% capital gains tax. Because of this, many rich people pay a lower rate than even the poor (who are subject to sales, etc. taxes).

@bobwatters Yeah, I am aware that Cuba has reported artificially low 'CMR' because of statistical manipulation. This is the new annual report by 'Save the Children', however, and I'm not even mentioning Cuba or any of the other countries where child mortality rates and such are being manipulated. I'm finished debating your racist ass after your last comment though. I'm starting to wonder whether you're a poe or for real... Let me see you debunk the statistics I've quoted, and I'll reconsider.
