Welcome to Star Wars: Rebellion. Also known as Supremecy in Great Britian. It is a RTS from the mid 90's that holds a special place in many a Star Wars gamers' hearts. That place may be filled with hate or with love, but we can all agree that this game is a great piece of nostalgic Classic Trilogy gaming that any Star Wars or Scifi fan can enjoy.
We begin the Rebellion side of the game and undergo an exciting briefing from a friendly driod. You wouldn't guess who it is.

  • Noooo! Don't let C-3PO manage production! Build more construction yards! More training facilities! More shipyards! Seriously though, I really found the droids were not great at resource management.

  • @thegreenmanofnorwich First. You must learn patience. Secondly, your right :)

  • 8:24 was that a yawn? :O

  • @zanconsorption Nope, that was a "hmmm"

  • Great lets play for a great game. I wanted to replay this game myself, but I still havent quite figured out how to run it on my laptop with windows 7. I tried the method that you suggested on your part 2, but still got unsupported 16 bit application saying it cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64-bit versions of windows. I put the dl in both my sys32 and syswow64, but no luck. Any additional suggestions would be appreciated.

  • @Veritoff I might suggest placing the DLL file in the rebellion directory too. It seems to be the best option is to set up some kind of windows XP/Vista machine and run it on that.

Ya know its mind boggling that we cant play older windows games on the the new pc operating systems. You think it would be easy for new windows to run and old windows game.

  • I play it on 64 bit windows 7. It is the installer that doesn't work, not the game! Just manually install it.

One of the funnest games of all time to play against a friend on LAN. So many strategies to use... awesome.

  • even with that extra .dll

  • Still love it! But since I got a new windows 7 computer, It won't allow me to play it :'(

  • I still have this game and man, it was so difficult I was forced to cheat when I was playing it the 90s...
