It's an edit of the Boss Rush mod. Just change your starting position.

to get the spur without the trade for the machine gun, get the booster 0.8. *You will not be able to battle ballos or get the booster 2.0. (after finishing labyrinth and going back to arthur's house) make a mighty jump to the boulder chamber there is a red spot after leaving labyrinth (when with curly) jump at that point. might be helpful for u.

@jcys810 You have to get the Booster 2.0 instead of the 0.8, to do this don't talk to the professor in the labyrinth.

Hmm....

I'm guess that you just changed the hit box and damage offsets of the blade. That's not very exiting.
