A celebration that dates back to end of the Civil War (aka The War Between the States, The War of Northern Aggression, etc.), nearly 143 years. Dr. Mike traveled throughout Georgia to capture the events from Stone Mountain to Macon to Savannah--that place that Genera Sherman and the Union Army marched to. Meeting a host of interesting characters along the way, this is Part 1 of a 3-part series. Also included are clips from across the American South. More coming soon. As always, feel free to subscribe, comment and rate. www.DrMikeWeaver.com.

  • I've met Mr. Edgerton numerous times. He's for real, and just one among many Black American's who stand up for the south, and the truth.

  • The More i here Mr. Edgerton speak, the more I LEARN! !

He is Truly a Southern Gentleman & Patriot!

GOD BLESS, Him & Dixie! May the Truth Be Told & Heard!

    DEO VINDICE!

  • You've just showed by that comment that you know NOTHING of the history of this conflict.

  • Astounding how many idiots exist who actually believe Davis wore a dress to escape capture, or that Lincoln, for that matter, wore a dress to slip into Washington!

These were common cartoons of the era, but are absolute myth.

Some will believe anything, and call it "truth."

  • Exactly, sir!
