It's a 1990-94 subaru legacy rs. I guess this car's parts have been stolen or delibarately dismatled to power quads, buggies and other objects. Dislike all of mcm's video's because they killed a legacy. Make them regret what they did. Stupid bastards.

I agree, perhaps it's just dirt and grime because it's an old car but I'm with you on this. Definitely could be burn marks..
