@segafan7 I certainly think so as well. Certainly enough to get them by for a few more years. Certainly the Coleco vs. Nintendo war would've been something to been a part of in my youth!
-
That was quite interesting! I need to get my hands on an ADAM one day.
-
I believe that if Coleco HAD gone with that Expansion Module #3 (INSTEAD of the Adam Computer), they not only would've survived many more years, but would've even given Nintendo a run for their money when the NES came out. After all, the Colecovision by itself was almost as powerfull as the NES. Add the Exp. Mod., and it might have been EVEN MORE powerfull than the NES was. It could've been Nintendo vs. Coleco, instead of Nintendo vs. Sega...
-
Maybe. I also wonder that if the original proposed Expansion Module No. 3 - the wafer-based Super Game Module - had actually made it into production - that maybe the ColecoVision could've survived?

I think I would have fallen out of my bean bag chair if I got to see this ending as a kid. Fantastic stuff, thanks for the upload. Co Coleco or go home!

It's nice to see this version of the game for the ADAM again after all these years. This was one of the few games that was actually released for the ADAM Computer before it was discontinued. It was pretty cool for the time... as Zaxxon was one of the better games for the ColecoVision. This version just gave you MORE of that Zaxxon goodness. If the guys at Coleco had spent more time making games like this, maybe that ADAM could've survived?

No matter the platform this game was BULLSHIT. Touch in everyway. Adam runs it well. seeing more abundant use of adam software just allows people who treasure old tech like myself appreciate it that much more!

did not know zaxxon had a enading
I've never seen these levels before. Were these levels and the ending exclusive to this version?

Do you film this in an emaulator? Or an actual ADAM? IF it ws actual ADAM is it composite output? The reason I ask is I am having much trouble capturing anything from RF...........
Anyway, cool to see the differences in this version!
