Yes, I think you can. The first arrangement I ever heard of this piece was on a 22-key reed organ, by Mignon.
ps. Not all classics are that hard to arrange. There's many early Mozart work that can be done, as well is Haydn's Flotenuhr stucke.

The first tune is a Waltz from Faust by Charles Gounod.

Amazing a Street Organ, I only read about them...these 1890 era machines where one of the first early computers...a modified version was used in the 1890 census using memory cards in the United States
