Rebels Without a Cause (A Response to Venger Satanis)

Darrick (Venger Satanis) mentioned my Walpurgisnacht party in a recent video, not to be critical (I think), but as an example of what seems to most often happen when folks like us get together vs. what he would like to see happen. This is just a response with my ideas about that one particular point. By the way, the pictures from that party are here:

@Nagneto Absolutely nothing is wrong with spontaneous fun and merry making... see the pictures on the page linked in the description. I just need to sometimes contrast the awesomeness of the party with a smattering of direction and meaning. Its like of some things didn't suck, you wouldn't know how cool the cool things are. Okay, I cribbed that line from Beavis and Butthead, but it's appropriate.

Well said, Jason. Let me clarify my views...

I think isolated occasions or special event nights devoted to partying, BBQs, sex, watching movies, or even just hanging out - are awesome! Not trying to discourage that. Definitely set a monthly or quarterly night aside for such things.

However, the primary reason or focus of LHP practitioners getting together in person and off-line should be magical in nature. For me, that includes real world will manifestation. Magic is willed change!

@TheIchor I couldn't do that once a month. Twice a year, maybe. Once a month would probably kill me. Indeed, while getting together for a party rocks, getting together with a plan is how shit gets done.
