This is a short clip from a TV special played on Fairchild TV a few months ago talking about people with developmental disabilities either looking for employment or getting employed within BC. It features Jobs West Employment Services, run by the Developmental Disabilities Association, which helps employ people with developmental disabilities by matching their skills to employer needs.

Because the spoken Chinese portions of the clips are not subtitled, we had to add our own subtitles in (and translate them). Thanks to Vincent for adding the subtitles.
