Nankhatai is an all time favourite cookie in India. Made popular by the street side tea stall as an accompaniment, it is very easy to make and has only a few ingredients.

Veena, I want to avoid white flour and white sugar, both very unhealthy, though

popular in India - do you think this recipe may work with Jagari and rice flour as

substitutes? Thank you.
