Kamp Holland "D-FAC" (dining facility)

This is a short video showing where the Dutch troops eat every day when they're in Kamp Holland in Uruzgan, Afghanistan. The video starts just outside in the hand washing area (required because the dust in the air might be contaminated due to the human waste that is deposited in the open air to decompose and be used as fertilizer), then proceeds past the hot food, along the salad bar, and down to the drink area.

Wow this video really brought me back. The Dutch food was a little different, but I still devoured it. You cant really expect the food at Kamp Holland to taste like the magnificent chow halls in KAF. I miss Afghanistan, don't know why but I really do.

The Dutch food sucked. I lived on Ripley w/American SF. Aussies cleaned it up a lot. Best food by far was on Aussie SF base Russell. That was 5 star chow. Left in May 2011. Now on Walton in Kandahar. Boring as shit after TK.
