I really enjoyed the part of the video where the geologist shows the chick the pail filled with 99% of water and 1% oil.
This happens even if you don't pump water to boost pressure in the reservoir. As lift the oil, ground water migrates through the rock and, after a few decades, what you end up lifting is just dirty water that contains more sand than oil.
Once youve passed the peak it gets real ugly real fast.
But people just don't care...
