  • hi chef!! i tried this recipe...but my brownies came out a bit crispy type and not soft!! i used a mixture of butter and conola oil...is that can be the reason or something else???

  • This is due to overbaking of the cake. Kindly follow the exact quantities as mentioned in the recipe and you will get the perfect brownie.

  • can i try making marble brownie if yes how much in white and brown chocolate?

  • You can make marble brownies. All you need to do is divide the batter into two portions and add 50 grams of melted dark chocolate to one batter and let the other batter be plain. Rest you can follow the same recipe as above.

Dear Sir. I am Sowmya from Chennai. Loved your recipes of both chocolate brownies and chocolate fudge cake. Glad to know that the dark chocolate can be replaced with cocoa powder. Could you please tell me the quantity of cocoa powder to be used in both these recepies...

    Best Regards,

    Sowmya

  • hello,if i dont have the otg oven and have the the microwave oven how do i bake?

  • In cake recipe the ratio for substituting eggs is: for every 3 eggs you add 50 grams of extra flour, 50 rams of extra sugar, 50 grams of extra fat, 1 tsp of extra baking powder and 1 tsp of baking soda.

  • i dont want to use egg...now what should i do????????

  • i dont want to add eggs... is there any substitute???

  • wow...i have lg microwave oven...can i keep it for 7 min ??/or time varies with ovens?

  • Make sure that you preheat the oven and the oven temperature is not too low. If your batter is too thick you can adjust the consistency with addition of milk.

  • The properties of both milk chocolate and dark chocolate are different and hence the dark chocolate can not be substituted with milk chocolate.
