not from the lakes or the caves, or the himalyan mountains but from the sea, there is a commercial salt that is used to feed cows and horses, salt to sprinkle on the snowy road's too, but i use plain simple sea salt, it has a lot of minerals that are good for the body, i hope you just learned something, btw, i still think of everything salty Patis is the best tasting. hope you find the time to cook.

corals my dear, there are different kinds of salt, some that come from the earth, some from the seas, from caves, and iodized salt, you have celtic salt, himalayan salt, pink salt, red salt, white, grey, large rock, fine, coarse, all from different sources, i don't personally use iodized salt coz it does have a chemical in it (anti caking agent), when i said sea salt, i was talking about salt from the sea, not iodized,

no, the fish are so small, the insides are clean, it's a very clean fish, did you try it yet, my friends go crazy over this dish, it's so good with just plain hot rice, make it a little saltier with patis so when you put the sauce on the rice it's already timplado and no need sawsaw....good luck jenazi

what the hek are you talkin about, of course you used sea salt. you think you can used snow salt go ahead.
