  • Trying 9/11 people in Civilian court's a pretty risky move.

  • I grew up in New York and frankly I can't think of a better place to try these people. If American stands for the rule of law this is the opportunity show the world it works.

This country was founded on principles and soon as you abandon those you may as well give up being a country. Bring them to New York!

  • The reason the government doesn't want to try the "terrorist" in civilian court is because the evidence isn't there. Look at the anthrax case which is currently unraveling, any daylight on the false flag 9/11 attacks will prove that our government was responsible for it.

  • If Holder feels so strongly that bringing the terrorists who killed more than 2,500 Americans to New York City for a civilian trial is, in fact, the morally correct decision, then he should do the honorable thing and resign. He should clear out his desk in Washington, pack his bags and, if he wants, go back to his old law firm, which represents so many terrorist defendants." -Rep. Peter King, Wall Street Journal, April 4, 2011

  • @jx14aby moron, uneducated

  • this is very important. i want to know what the guy at the end gave eric? help

  • CSM is a pasty!!

  • I'm no legal scholar, but our laws are clear.

    1) If someone out here can explain how the charges don't get dropped as soon as KSM files for dismissal on grounds that he wasn't read his rights upon detainment, I would love to hear it.

    2) Taking Holder and Obama on their word, they want the world to see that we are a nation of laws, everyone is subject to those laws. If the judge allows the prosecution to dance around that standard, how is that going to make us look in the eyes of the world?

  • By the way..jx14aby...stick with playing your guitar and fingerpainting...

  • Yes, jx14aby. I am an American and proud to be one. I say what I want to say and no, thank you...no kool aid for me...Did you drink the kool aid and are you an American? And as for using a makarov pistol...I think its best to use a relaible, cheap handgun then to use my government issued Glock 23..or my personal SIG 226...
