OMG this just happened to me tonight. This stupid bitch told me I had a restocking fee on my account. So I confronted her on the issue that block buster had clearly advertised no late fees...She proceed to tell me that blockbuster has never had a single commercial because blockbuster has no money.

I pay taxes, bills, tickets, fees, and every other fucking thing that I wish I didn't have TO, but I STILL DO IT. Cause I don't want debt anywhere at anytime. A policy entitled " no more late fees" insinuates that you will not be charged a fee for returning a movie late. Now I'm complaining because this policy was obviously a big joke and through a ridiculous loop hole they still managed to charge late fees. Now again my complain is that they shouldn't advertise "no late fees" when such is not the case.

If you stay at a hotel, pay for one night, then choose your not ready to check out and stay one extra day. When you go to the front counter, you get charged the extra day. Do you rant to the front desk clerk for charging you the extra day? How bout if you rent a car, keep it a few extra days to cruise around. Do you rant about getting charged for the extra days? It's a business you dumb son of a bitch. Any business's goal is to make money. That's the point.
