OMG You forgot so much stuff like enable time remapping and set the blending mode to pixel motion... and you actually didnt show an example and how to use the actual twixtor.. bad tutorial mate

use audacity which is free and highlight an area where your not talking and go to effect menu and select REMOVE NOISE, then click profile noise, then you highlight the entire sound track and use the remove noise effect on it, it should remove most of the fan sound, and thx for posting this

when i am applying the timewarp, the layer file just jumps back to the first part, and the original trimming dissapears :/ (so basicly it timewarps the whole original layer) can someone help me?
