This short film was made to accompany the Brief that the Charity Best Beginnings, set for the D&AD student awards.
The Student Brief is to create a postcard that will help inspire the teenagers of today to be interested in becoming the breastfeeding families of tomorrow. The film gives insight into the benefits and joys of breastfeeding, and the many barriers to breastfeeding that exist in the UK.
You will be able to view the winning postcard, and many of the short-listed postcards at a special exhibition from May 2nd to May 12th at the Old Truman Brewary, near Brick Lane in London.
The film features mothers and babies from North West London and Best Beginnings' CEO, Alison Baum.

@amanherman Sometimes people don't have a choice. Some women don't produce enough milk, some have end up with infections and can't bf, some have to go on medication ect. But yes, breast is best if the mother can feed.

i would never bottle feed my child i always knew that bottle feeding is wrong. why would you want to do anything that isnt the best for you and your child? its commen sence. i know people who wont brest feed because they smoke weed. sick disgusting and sad.
