And as far as companies like macdonalds and Coca Cola. These are the top tier companies in the united states. NOT small or even mid sized companies that are owned and operated by the middle class.

These small business entities make a community healthy by providing and putting back into it on a local level. The exact thing outsourcing companies DON'T do. There is an exchange between business and consumer that takes place other than product or service provided for US dollars and thats: operating power in exchange for employment opportunity.

This guy is seriously confused. The so called benefits to the global economy would provide absolution were it not for the fact that the US is in currently in no position to make that its focus given our own economic issues. If we were a healthy economy then fine, support the global market, but were not. The fact is, outsourcing cripples the middle class, the same class that funds our contribution to the global market.
