Beer Tasting - Christmas Ale by Great Lakes Brewing Co.

I really enjoyed this brew. Plenty of spice flavor right up front, and it sweetens up with the honey flavor. I think that the ginger is what helped make that honey flavor pop, which then made the cinnamon more prevalent. After the spices pass by your tongue, the maltiness fills up the flavor palate and you're left with a very clean, mildly bitter aftertaste. I give this beer two thumbs up--I'd definitely buy this again (IF I COULD EVER FIND IT AT THE STORE!!!) :-) Cheers!
