A thoroughly unromantic look at a romantic character type.

  • Wow. I guess I am not such a loner after all, for I will always relate to you, Lev. That being said, I wouldn't have the faintest idea on what we could talk about...

  • Besides the whole trenchcoat thing n writing poetry n being observant, that's my social life right there ._.

  • I really liked the image of the young Clint Eastwood cowboy walking away feeling dejected.

  • I'm a loner to such a degree that I never go out and if I do it's at night so less people are out and about and I don't have to interact with them, but at the same time I do get that whole randomly socializing thing.

  • Wow it's like watching a video of myself u no being the type that dousnt fit in and has tryed every kind of group there is andkind find one man junior high is rough

  • Why do people find talking to others so hard? Just be nice and in most cases they'll be nice to you too. But then again, I live in Finland and there are polar bears walking on the streets in here so what do I know?

  • @GamerPat1 I'm almost like you, I have to pep talk myself mentally into talking to people like the store clerk because it really does scare me so much.

  • Yeah I'm a loner type, I hate socializing with people, and I honestly can't even stand most people. I find that when I go in public I spend most of my time observing other peoples' interactions, but I never actually interact with them instead mostly think about what I would say if I were to engage them in conversation. I disagree with the notion that loners often times strike up random conversations with strangers, the thought of talking to some random cashier, or clerk scares the **** out of me

  • Fucking Sheesh you've transcribed my thoughts verbatim. And that image of friends being deep and philosophical together with a candle between them--that was always my ideal exactly. Hasn't happened yet.

  • Loners are actually intelligent observers .. they are keen on learning about people in different walks of life.

Its only dat they never participate in anything.

  • I can NOT understand how people manage to find stuff to talk about. I can hardly talk to my own family, so how is does one do it with "friends/peers"?

  • oh my god

THIS IS ME IN 10 YEARS
