Bridal Party Intro

This is the Bridal Party introduction. We professionally announce everything, and make sure the guests are well informed as to what's going on. We bring the Bridal Party into the room and have them stand at the edge of the dance floor, in front of the DJ Booth, to act as a back drop for the pictures of the 1st, Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dedication dances. The guests have been waiting for the Bride and Groom to arrive at the hall while listening to soft music playing in the background, so we like to build up the excitement to intro the Bride and Groom into their 1st dance.

I have a list that I go by that is filled out by the Bride in advance, and when the Bridal Party arrives, I go out and get them lined up in the order listed. I go over the pronunciation of their names and give them instructions to listen for their names and come in when they hear it. Keeps ot more organized.
