  • ahh, well thanks for the enlightenment. Like I said, I don't play guitar hero, but you do, and quite well I may add. No insult or innuendo intended. When you manipulate a whammy bar on a real guitar, it is the person playing the instrument and using the bar that is creating all the sounds - provided of course, there is not a trigger for a sampler much like what seems to be going on with your GH program.

  • @charvelguy I totally understand how a whammy bar functions on a real guitar in the real world, but guitar hero and rock band and other similar games function differently. In these guitar games the note bends and warps while whammying. Whammied sustains always sound like this, it doesn't matter what song you're playing in the game. It's not meant to sound nice per say, it moreso is an audio cue that you're actually whammying. If I'm trying to make the song sound good I wont whammy.

  • Having not ever played GH before, I was wondering what the hell was up with the 50's vibe and vibrato bar sustained hang parts. Its YOU doing that. Weird to hear a surf/country vibe to the guitar.

  • @charvelguy What? The only thing "I" do is use the whammy bar to extract star power from sustain notes that are blue, and any sounds made from doing so are from the game itself. I did not add any sort of additional sounds to the song. That's just how the song sounds when you use the whammy on the sustain notes in this game.

  • you people and your guitar hero...why dont you learn how to play some real guitar.

guitar hero is for wanna be people.

  • @jrbaldree Why would you assume that "us people" don't play real instruments? A lot of us do, but because we enjoy a rhythm game and are good at it that makes us wannabes? That's just dumb of you to say. So if someone plays Call of Duty and is good at it they're wasting their time being a wannabe then too right? I mean... because they could be out killing people for real in Afghanistan with real guns instead of playing COD online according to your mentality. How dumb to say.

  • Perfect girl; your hot and play video games ! (:

  • @jrbaldree Why dont CS players become real terorrists or counter terorrists? Why dont Tekken players fight for real?

Besides, GH requires more skill then real guitar playing do (on an advanced level that is, most people who makes this comment seam to play on easy or medium)

  • @ikbeneenleipo Yeah I usually only miss them if they're in a song I haven't played before and I'm not prepared for that. Just go into practice mode and practice that very last section and you'll get it! ^_^

  • the notes on 2:09 . i ALWAYS miss them. SO annoying D:. not just in this song but really in any song with such notes ):

  • So...freaking...cute.
