  • Used to watch these guys live at "The Family Dog" and all over central Kentucky, back in the day. They started out in Richmond, KY, home of Eastern Kentucky University, now I do believe they are a country band. Lead singer Jimmy Stokley died several years ago from hepatitis, sad, but great memories.

  • @mtvoodoo31 Yeah I believe you are right, they did move over to 'country'

A Lot of country artists have recorded their music....It was a shame when Jimmy died.

You were lucky to catch them live, when they started out.....what a blast that must of been.

Thank you for dropping by....Stay Gold

  • I miss live TV performances, I miss the reality.

  • @stavrosteve Me too...I love how the artist would always do live version a bit differently from the record...Live performance just added more than the record, cassette, 8track...lol..I'm really showing my age...lol

    Thanks for dropping by...stay gold.

  • I wanna kiss you all over even though your pussy stinks and you just took a big dump.

  • I'm liking that bass line...

He's chuckling every time he pulls that G

  • In the 60's in Richmond KY. At Specks on water Street, Before they went country. With the windows up in the bar you could hear them all over town. Standing room only at Specks. I danced to them, I drank beer with them and had a lot of fun.

  • The first singer with the long hair reminds me of Jeff Keith from Tesla.

  • Good Stuff!!

  • @olhobbler u wont hav to worry anymore , the late jimmy stokley u refer to is [passed and gone to GOD 1985 the year. god rest his soul

  • can sum one get EXILES 70S GEMS RELEASEDON CD OR AT LEAST HAVE THEM ON ITUNES, IN THIS DAY AND AGE WE CANT GET -HOW COULD THIS GO WRONG - ONLY ON VINYL. CMON RECORD COMPANY GET UR ACT TOGETHER . ANY WEBPAGE/SITE ON THE LATE JIMMY STOKLEY. WE OVER HERE IN IRELAND NEVER GOT CHANCE TO SEE THE BAND

  • lead singer is a mismatch, at least appearance wise . journey meets alabama..but the tune overcame that problem.

  • that lead singer looks alot like Jackie Rogers, Jr. aka Martin Short.
