7 year old drummer-session 1

This is my son, my understudy, my bud Lan da Man. He's only had 4-30 minute lessons. He's learned a couple of new beats and about 5 new fills. He's still unsure of himself, but he's probably gonna be better than me in a year or so. He's got really great timing and usually knows when he makes a mistake and corrects it. It'll all come w/ time and practice. I hope one day He'll be playing for God's glory just like his dad.

I don't know if you ever tried this before I'm sure you've heard it but if you havent you can learn it along with ur son!

try this quick fill that sounds awesome!

It has to be fast also.

Bass drum, Floor Tom, Snare.

So Kick, Right, Left.

and your hands should almost be a flam ur snare is slightly delayed.
