this is how to change a password in windows using notepad:

open notepad.
type:
@echo off
net user account_name_here *
pause

then save as What_ever_filename.BAT
and open it and type and confirm the password and press enter, as simple as that.

  • when i open the document on the desktop it just says error 5 system occured????

  • what operationg system do you have

    and did you type it in as:

    @echo off

    net user (eg. administrator) *

    pause

    and save it as .BAT

  • Cool video thanks it works.. i did this to my math teachers computer hahah!!

  • just when the login screen comes up, dont log into any accounts just press ctrl+alt+del until a login box comes up then put your username in eg"administrator" then the password if you dont have one just leave it blank then hit enter and it should log you into yur computer account the go to control pannel then users then click on yours and change the display picture is shud re-appear then
