Making a sink mold is not too tough.
I use 3/4 one side good plywood, all sides 5 deg taper. I put a 1/2" spacer in the middle of the form then use 1/8" masonite to form the top. The masonite has enough give to flex in 2 directions giving you fall. Hold the masonite down along the edges with roofing nails.
a couple coats of bondo, then 2 coats fiberglass resin, ready to pour. I'll make a video next time I make a new mold. Mark
