You are waaaay off. I watched it once and could see that the eye was showing the inside of the mask as he turned it.

Nolan repeatedly described the film as a post-9/11 parable...
So of COURSE some NWO and Illuminati lore is going to get thrown in. The Joker is a walking deconstruction of how the NWO supposedly thinks. Even the posters for the movie, with the burning bat in the skyscraper, are veiled references to the 9/11 attacks. The point is that, even if it was all a conspiracy, the perpatrators were BATSHIT CRAZY and psycopathic clowns.

I have a question, how does the Joker reflect a conspiring government? His whole angle is that he, in his words, doesn't have a "plan". The closest Batman as a series comes to the illuminati is the Brotherhood of Shadows, who are presented as villainous, and who Batman destroys. To make it clear, I don't believe in the NWO. You're just finding things that you want to find.
