that or the cop will simply search your car based on probable cause, which can be something as simple as "it smells fruity in here"

@Pafoofnik1 The point is that even if you correct to prove it in court you would waste mroe money on lawyers than it is work.

@badpanda84 unless of course some lawyer or bike group threathen or bribe the judge before hand then the juge might say there was no probably cause.
Otherwise judges dont care and will general take the side of the cops

But how often dose that happen.. and beside probable cause is whatever crap the cops make up.
Judge aren't seriously going to let people get away with possesion of weed just because they didnt consent to a search

@dmana3172: Nope. They can search a vehicle without a warrant BUT they still need to have the same anoutn of probable cause needed for a judge to issue a warrant.
In other words, the only real difference is that they can search, then take their probable cause info to a judge. If the judge decides that they didn't have sufficient probable cause for a warrant, then anything found in a search can be disallowed in a trial.

If the cop stood that close to me, id let a long...drawn out lung-full of pungent rotting teeth and old meat breath hit him right in the gob.
Another way of dealing with police is to tell them you have Hepatitis A and are in a contageous state....my friend did that and the cop literally threw his licence baxk at him and told him to get going.
