I knew it was coming.. I lived in China, ate donkey, dog,goose tongues, saw stuff skinned in the street just like this, you name it... still, I was shocked. uuugh man. turtle shell. There's something truly brutal about a turtle's shell, of all things, being smashed cracked and pried open.
