Here's a video of my Droid cell phone that was hacked after I loaded the new "Mobile Skype" program. It's as if the phone has been possessed. Had to get a new cell.

  • Try a factory reset.

  • @Zbreter ~ I did. Reset to "default" twice. The video was taken after a week of resets, turning off the phone, removing the battery several times, and contacting local cell phone company office. The office just offered to replace it for free. I filmed the video as evidence that it was doing things on its own (remotely by someone else) and to share with others as a warning about Skype mobile. Needless to say, no Skype added to new phone :(

  • You have malware on your phone called DroidDream. Google it!

  • @UsweetLeilani I had the same problem with my

droid and was told it was a glitch in the phone, the random dialing and texting and other things, they sent me the Droid 2 as a replacement, great phone.

  • @UsweetLeilani I see what you're saying, but I can guarantee someone wasn't remotely controlling your phone. It was a bug with your hardware on the phone. Skype is an app sponsored by Verizon, Verizon would not let that happen, I think it was just a coincidence.
