what you have is a hardware problem not a malware or software problem...recently i had the same situation with my droid2 and i went as far as reflashing the sbf file to my phone and problem the continued.

You have malware on your phone called DroidDream. Google it!

@UsweetLeilani I had the same problem with my
droid and was told it was a glitch in the phone, the random dialing and texting and other things, they sent me the Droid 2 as a replacement, great phone.

@UsweetLeilani I see what you're saying, but I can guarantee someone wasn't remotely controlling your phone. It was a bug with your hardware on the phone. Skype is an app sponsored by Verizon, Verizon would not let that happen, I think it was just a coincidence.
Try a factory reset.

@Zbreter ~ I did. Reset to "default" twice. The video was taken after a week of resets, turning off the phone, removing the battery several times, and contacting local cell phone company office. The office just offered to replace it for free. I filmed the video as evidence that it was doing things on its own (remotely by someone else) and to share with others as a warning about Skype mobile. Needless to say, no Skype added to new phone :(
