@Moonriverlady1 Kung Fu could be translated as "Mastery".

"Kung Fu" - the origins of this Chinese word meant taking a long time to master an art or skill = an ability.
e.g. One can have "Kung fu" in cooking, kung fu in writing, kung fu in literature, kung fu in acrobatics etc.,. That's really what "Kung Fu" originally meant. After awhile Kung fu came to mean "Chinese martial arts" - because it takes a long time of practice and repetition to master the foundations and get good at a martial art.

@Moonriverlady1 Originally it means time in chinese spoken word,or rather it means take a long hard time to get an achievement. So KF actually means you take a long hard time to engage something, then you own some acievement.

@Moonriverlady1 Chinese Martial Arts !! In my opinion, Chinese martial arts refer to qi,
skills, self defence, and the deep meaning about life and understanding.
