Libyans are being urged to stop shooting into the air to celebrate their new-found freedom.
Euronews correspondent, Mustafa Bag, met victims of stray bullets at a hospital in Tripoli. Abdul Karim had just left a mosque and was on his way home when he was wounded by a bullet fired in celebratory gunfire.
Hospitals in the capital are working under extreme pressure. After 188 days of conflict they are struggling to cope with the high level of casualties and supplies are scarce. Health workers also have to contend with power and water shortages.
