Yea. Muyo was my favorite too. I think this along with Pretty Sammy was the 1st OAV's I ever saw as a kid. Loved 'em!

Was this Tenchi-Muyo or Tenchi Universe?... I can't remember been so long sinse I saw it. I know it's not Tenchi In Tokyo though, it's animation was way more cartoony and bright.

The great thing about this scene in English is that Katsuhito's English actor tended to play the character more serious and stoic while the Japanese actor played him more like a comical old man. When this scene comes along in the English version, it's more impactful because it shows that a serious and unusually powerful Katsuhito can mess up and act silly like anyone else.
