@arielshoosh It's no mistake. In this episode, as you can see at 00:09, Leonard has won the Physics Bowl which took part early in it. When Sheldon arrives home, Leonard is already sitting in the couch (not in Sheldon's spot) but, when Sheldon goes to sit down on his spot Leonard says he can't, because his trophey is there. So Sheldon sits where we can see him in the video.
Sheldon's pissed off, so I really think thats why he doesn't care that much. Don't you think so?
