With an estimated 350,000 children currently serving as child soldiers in more than 30 conflicts around the world, Virtue Foundation has pledged to help educate, rehabilitate, and reintegrate former child soldiers in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Partnering with actress Anne Hathaway, the Foundation launched the "Child Soldiers Youth Project," raising awareness of child soldiers among high school students in the U.S. and providing them with the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these child soldiers.

When is the world going to WAKE UP and realize that our ways are not working?
I don't care who did what to who in the past. Today is all we have. Lets put the past aside,learn from it and start afresh.

Children have been fighting wars since man invented them. When all the grown men acting like kids die, then you have to use real kids. Men in power are spoiled brats that need to be time outed. lol

As a student it's so tragic to watch these kids who have absolutely no future and were born into warfare. Giving them a sense of the outside world and a chance at education is the best possible solution - because I'm sure that the struggles at school will be nothing compared to their childhood...
