This is the story of Andy. Found on the side of the road and struck by multiple vehicles, he was rescued by the Pontchartrain Humane Society and had surgery to repair his shattered hip and femurs. Now, he is recovering nicely, but he needs your help in paying over the $7000 in veterinary expenses.
