I agree with most of your video but i have to disagree with what u said about repetition, it can be used in a beneficial way repeation of a message constitutes mental programming...if u constantly tell yourself that you aint shit and you constantly hear that you will start to believe that maybe you aint shit...but if you can tell yourself that you can do it and you will be successful in what ever endeavor you undertaker u usually will be successful
