What is the purpose for college? Education? College prepares someone for a career, and this is the role of the husband and father in the home. College does nothing to prepare a young lady to become a wife and mother. Quite often, since this is the time of life that ladies would normally start having children they contracept in order to get their degree. Let's not send our daughters down this dangerous road. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-TGrw...

Part 3: I think the major problem stems from our perspective that everyone in society is to be segregated based on their age or even gender. I think it's time to move on from that old model because it seems to make everyone unhappy, and it doesn't allow children to have enough exposure to adults so they don't get enough older role models. It would also place responsibility on the adult to be on their best behaviour too. Anyways love the accent.

Everyone has some sort of regional accent. To a Canadian, Americans pronounce their "I"s and "O"s funny and vice versa.

Part 4: I don't have a concrete model as to how this would be done but I have been thinking about this for the past few years.

P.S. if you're wondering what Islam says about women and education, check out my video called: Women's rights in Islam.

Part 2: I understand that this lifestyle is leading to a bunch of women caught between mixed feelings to get married and have children and they must push them aside until they complete their degree. I think it's a problem that in this society, it has always been one way or the other. I believe God gave women both the desire to learn and improve society as well as to procreate. So why can't post-secondary institutions be built to suit both needs?

I know this is a Catholic video, but as a Muslim woman attending university, I would say that I disagree. I'm completing a bachelor of science in food technology and a Spanish certificate because they are topics that have interested me since my early days of high school. I believe that more educated mothers can be assist their children with homework especially when they get to high school. This degree will also help me understand scientific texts, such as ingredients or literature on illnesses.

No one of either gender HAS to go to college unless it is required for a particular profession. You may attain all of the education that you wish through the public library and the internet. As to whether or not a woman wishes to have children, or to have a profession and have children, would be entirely up to her and her husband Either is possible, as both are possible. Who the hell are you, seriously, or anyone else, to determine what any inividual should do? No one.

So - Leave the system . Obey god ( whose real name is YHWH ,YAH for short ) , not man. Love, not lust . Marry, spend your life with someone . Don't kill unborn children . Get the government and manmade systems out of marriage . And make marriage your whole life ( under god , of course , god matters must and should be your whole life , but under him , marriage ) , make it a way of life , and make all other things in life an aspect of marriage , not marriage being an aspect like everything else .

But people claim " But I do love him/her , therefore , theres nothing wrong with intercourse " . Excuse me ? If you REALLY loved them , you would engage in the marriage ceremony and you would spend your life with them forever . Im sorry , but if someone doesnt promise or plan to spend their life with someone and if they refuse to have a ceremony to seal this promise , I cant believe at all that they truly love this person .

It would be unholy to have intercourse with someone that you have not sealed the marriage covenant with . Because you have to love people , it cant be all about intercourse .
