I want to say thank you to all the families of these wonderful people. My grandmother had a liver transplant and is doing well thank you so much to everyone who keeps people like my granny going. <3

I am four years post liver transplant and understandably an advocate for organ donation. Thank you for posting this video, you are doing a great thing. Please take the time to view my video on YouTube as well. It is titled Organ Donation Serge Vaillancourt. Have a long healthy life, and to those of you waiting for an organ. There is hope. Even though statistics are not the greatest you can be, as I was one of the many fortunate ones. Never give up hope.
