I DO say that they come with the expresscard remote control (generally). I said that the one I have here did not come with one.

No, I didn't order this through HP. I bought this as configured from a seller on eBay that had it refurbished through HP.

for me the BlueRay was the cheapest you couldnt get any cheaper for Optical Disk following there is no other Downgrade. This is a great laptop, i have the 18"
