Complete with bloopers, turkey anatomy lessons and a great soundtrack. OH! And what's an episode without a cool dancing segment? This jock shows you that cooking does not have to be disastrous and everyone can come out a champ!

  • :) I'll have to try the cooking bag method some day! :)

  • Well done. You and the turkey.

BTW, the Pope's nose is the tail, not the neck. And that plastic thingy you turfed is oven proof and meant to hold the legs together after you have stuffed. But I like your way, too! :-)

    Jamie

P.S. my secret for really moist white meat is to cook the turkey breast down

  • @jdfraser Thank you for that input!!!! See, where were you when I needed you?

  • Apparently, putting your onions in the freezer for an hour or so before cutting them won't make you cry. I have been meaning to try that, but keep forgetting to put them in the freezer in time.

  • @greenlavender47 Well Greenlavender, once you do, let us know! I know I'd be super happy to find out!

  • Kate!

Just watched this. You go girl!!!! Nice work.

  • @rocktheartsinc You rock! x

  • I heard from an ex's mom that you can put a piece of bread in your mouth while cutting onions and breathing through your mouth can stop the tears. Oh FYI Kate, put a wet towel under your cutting board to prevent the board from slipping and sliding. Awesome video btw.

  • Awesome KD... always entertaining to watch your episodes... :)

  • Great stuff KD! I'm with you on those plastic thingies, they need to just go. I never thought about putting the giblets into the pan, duh! I just cook them on the stove top and pretend to make gravy out of it.[It usually gets forgotten and tossed!] I gotta try the 25 minutes uncovered. I've had that part backwards the whole time, I've been doing it at the end. I also swear by the cooking bag method, but that's just me.

  • Breathe through your mouth and not your nose and it will help with the tearing.

  • @CountRevan Great idea! Thanks CountRevan! :)
