Making a micro tool holder part 1 of 3 "HD"

In this video I'm going to show as I build a small holder that allows me to use
these drills or rotative rasps of tungsten carbide, that we threw always after it breaks, the result is very interesting allowing you fulfill great machining with your Sherline lathe in a efficient and interesting way.

Acho que é porque a minha é maior eu não uso em sherline. Talvez seja porque a minha não tem aquele calço a minha fiz com um parafuso mais comprido que vai direto na peça de aperto, talvez pode ser tbm pq usei um parafuso mais grosso M14 e a força de aperto ta tão forte que faz levantar a peça

Sim pode ser isso,

Note que para engrave não precisa de aperto extremo, apenas um aperto satisfatório e firme.

A slim vise (morsa fina) que desenvolvi é feita justamente para suplir esse problema da peça se mexer no aperto.

Lembre-se da parte deslisante estar levemente apertada antes do aperto da peça a ser trabalhada.

Alguns amigos dos Euas fizeram como vc (parafuso) e tem funcionado bem.

Uso filmadora Canon mod. XL1 e na edição uso placa de captura Matrox RTX100 Pro.

Na morsa deve ter algo errado, deve funcionar perfeito pra engrave, demonstro isso em um de meus vídeos. Amigos me escrevem dizendo que usam na maior das vz para engrave. Verifique o angulo de 90 graus e o bloco deslizante, faça sempre um pré aperto suave antes é importante.

bela qualidade de video é camera digital ou é filmadora mesmo qual modelo usa? Fiz uma morsa desse tipo pra mim e não funcionou muito bem no cnc, quando prende as peças da uma levantadinha e acaba que a peça fica um pouco inclinada. Se for pra engrave nao da muito certo
