yeah but gi joe was never really serious i mean lasers stupid villans the cartoon is why gi joe is famous which is why it's always being adapted and not the comics this was actually a good adaption.
Do you have a problem with us nitpicking? Don't really care either, and we'll continue to do it until Hollywood gets it right with G.I. Joe, like they did with Iron Man, Sin City, and The Dark Knight. You sometimes have to go through years of silliness before you get the really good adaptations.
Messing up the iconic Snake Eyes/Scarlett relationship from the comics isn't a small thing. They screwed up his whole backstory for their own convenience, and that's my only complaint.
