  • are you still doing 80 10 10 diet? if so how is it going for you? im thinking of starting.

  • I am doing high raw lowfat vegan...for example I ate this yesterday:

    30 oz green juice (celery, romaine, cucumber, apple, ginger), then 24 oz green smoothie ( banana & spinach), then 2 bananas, one apple, one persimmon. Dinner was steamed red potatoes w/ squash. I did put some pink himilayan salt and 1/2 T coconut oil on top.

  • RAW FOOD Is the way to go. IF your overweight raw food will naturally get you to you bodys ideal weight. i was 210 and in less then three months going raw and exercise im at my bodys idea weight 174. im 6'0. 

  • she didn't need to lose anything.  Just tighten and tone.
