The Morning Program promo (1987)

Remember CBS's "The Morning Program", with Mariette Hartley, Rolland Smith (in his first, last, and only national gig), Mark McEwen, and comedy with Bob Saget as the network's light-hearted attempt to take on ABC's "Good Morning America" and NBC's "Today Show?" I sure didn't; it wasn't shown here in Fairbanks (then-CBS affiliate KTVF happily carried "Today").

Anyway, here's a promo for it from 1987.
